Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 July 2026

1. The service

FamMed Qbank ("the Service") is an online question-bank and practice platform for family physicians in Singapore — candidates preparing for family medicine examinations (including the FM AKT, GDFM, MMed FM, and FCFP) and physicians keeping their knowledge current in clinical practice. The Service is operated by Kenneth Tan Medical Clinic ("we", "us"), Singapore.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Your account is personal to you: sharing your login, reselling access, or accessing the Service through someone else's account is not permitted, and we may suspend accounts that do so. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Passes and payment

Paid access is sold as fixed-term passes. Passes are one-time purchases — they do not auto-renew. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars and may change, but a change never affects a pass you have already bought. Buying a new pass while one is active adds its duration to your remaining time. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

The questions, explanations, images, and study notes on the Service are our copyrighted content (or content licensed to us). You may use them for your personal exam preparation only. You must not copy, scrape, screenshot en masse, republish, or distribute the content, or use it to build a competing question bank or to train a machine learning model. We may apply technical limits (such as rate limits and device limits) to protect the content, and may suspend accounts that circumvent them.

5. Educational content, not medical advice

The Service is an educational tool for exam preparation. Its content does not constitute medical advice and must not be used to guide the care of real patients. While questions are reviewed for accuracy, guidelines change, and we do not warrant that any answer or explanation is free of error.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; where the breach involves content misuse or account sharing, no refund is due for remaining pass time.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the Service or by email, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
