Try before you buy
Every account includes a free sample of the question bank, so you can judge the content quality before paying anything. We encourage you to use it.
7-day refund window
If you buy a pass and change your mind, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full — provided you have answered fewer than 20 questions beyond the free sample since the purchase. Once you have substantially used the paid question bank, the pass is non-refundable.
Duplicate or accidental payments
Duplicate charges and clearly accidental purchases are refunded in full at any time — just email us with the receipt.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, the access time it granted is removed from your account.
